  • By engaging in a reading with the psychic medium business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to, but are not limited to, engagements conducted in-person, online, or by email.

    1. The services provided by the psychic medium business are for entertainment purposes only. The information and guidance provided by the psychic medium should not be taken as legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.

    2. The psychic medium business does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any information provided during a reading. Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on the information received.

    3. All clients must be 18 years of age or older to use the services of the psychic medium business. Proof of age may be required.

    4. The psychic medium business reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason.

    5. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the psychic medium business, its employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the services provided.

    6. The psychic medium business retains the right to record and store all readings for quality control and training purposes. Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times.

    7. Payment is required in advance for all services. Refunds will not be issued for services rendered.

    8. The psychic medium business is not responsible for any negative outcomes that may result from decisions made based on information received during a reading. Clients are encouraged to use their own judgment and seek professional advice when necessary.

    9. The psychic medium business does not guarantee the availability of specific psychic mediums for readings. Clients may be assigned to a different psychic medium based on availability.

    10. Any disputes or claims arising from the services provided by the psychic medium business will be resolved through arbitration. Clients agree to waive their right to participate in a class action lawsuit against the psychic medium business.

    11. The psychic medium business reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes on the business website by referencing the last modified date below.

  • Our appointment cancelation policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours notice if they need to cancel or reschedule their appointment. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be applied. This fee helps compensate our practitioners for the time that was reserved for you.

    For clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice, a no-show fee equivalent to the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. The fee is necessary to cover the lost revenue and to discourge no-shows, which can disrupt our schedule and impact other clients who may have wanted that time slot.

    We appreciate your understanding of these policies and respect for our practitioners’ time and effort.

By continuing to use the services of the psychic medium business, clients agree to the updated terms and conditions.
